Gabriel brings over 8 years of real estate accounting experience to Aegean Capital, LLC. He has worked for various established real estate firms in the NY metropolitan area. At Aegean, Gabriel responsibilities will include overseeing all property accounting functions including account payable/account receivable, yearend escalations, budgets and the administration of the company's accounting system. Prior to joining Aegean Capital, Gabriel was employed by a New Jersey real estate firm as a property accountant. He was in charge of all the accounting functions such as budgets, cash flow projections, cam reconciliations, variance reports, quarterly financial statements and oversaw Account Payable/Account Receivable for the entire east coast portfolio.
Gabriel has an accounting degree from LaGuardia College in New York. Gabriel is married and resides in New Jersey.
